A pale yellowish Berliner Weisse with thin bubbles. In aroma the fruity notes of the banana and peach stand out and generates a very exotic and captivating fragrance. In the mouth it combines acidity and freshness, followed by the delicate sweetness of the peach that is balanced with the nuances generated by wheat flakes and Lactobacillus yeast, essential to obtain the clean character of lactic acid so characteristic in this style of Berlin origin.
