LINDERMAN CHERRY LAMBIC

Belgium traditional beer of spontaneus fermentation. Made from one year old oak aged lambic and pure cherry juice. Red, slightly cloudy color. Deliciously fruity with the fresh flavour of picked sour cherries. Full bodied flavour gives away to perfect balance between sweet and sour.

ASTORIA SUSHI

Continuos bubles and has a light Straw yellow color.Exceptionally elegant with cleanfruity notes in the bouquet, silky fruity flavcors on the palate with a fresh and dryish finish.

ROKU GIN TONIC

ROKU GIN, Yuzu juice, simple syrup, red fruits home made soda.

KOMBU FASHIONED

Bulleit Bourbon infused with kombu seaweed and kumquats, Orange bitter, nori seaweed, eucaliptho honey.

La Armada Berliner Weisse

A pale yellowish Berliner Weisse with thin bubbles. In aroma the fruity notes of the banana and peach stand out and generates a very exotic and captivating fragrance. In the mouth it combines acidity and freshness, followed by the delicate sweetness of the peach that is balanced with the nuances generated by wheat flakes and Lactobacillus yeast, essential to obtain the clean character of lactic acid so characteristic in this style of Berlin origin.

White Lavander Negroni

Martini Reserva and Campari Cask slow cooked with herbs and spices, clarificated with butter, simple soda infused with lime peels and lavader essential oil.
