A Surprisingly lively yes truly deep, rich, full bodied wine from La Palma. Think of dried figs and blackberry. Mineral notes but not overpowering at all. A truly elegant Canarian wine.

Matured for 4 years, Clear and with persistent perlage, this is a strong full-bodied wine, fragrant and golden yellow in colour with greenish and amber flashes. It has citrus fruit notes and hints of vanilla and acacia honey. Its bouquet is aromatic, well balanced and harmonious. The final sensation perceived by the palate is of a powerful, rounded yet fresh wine.

Matured for 30 months, discreet nose of small red berries, fruity and fresh in the mouth accompanied with a light and pleasant vinosity. Its salmon color is valued by a transparent bottle.
